Domestic Shipping

We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.

Cancellation of Shipment in Transit

Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise a return request. Please refer to our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

Transit Time

The tentative delivery period varies from 4-7 days. Our orders are dispatched from our central hub in Kolkata. All Kolkata orders are delivered in 1-2 business days. Orders for Rest of Bengal (ROB) are delivered in 2-3 business days. Orders for Metro cities (outside West Bengal) are usually delivered in 3-5 business days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances, including processions, bad weather, road-blocks, festivals, local disturbances, acts of God, etc.

This is above and beyond the time taken to ready your order. Average dispatch time for a product is mentioned on the respective product page. Kindly refer to the same and place your order accordingly.

We offer shipping benefits to our customers from time to time. Do check back your cart page for the updated shipping info for your delivery pincode. Shipping benefits include reduced shipping in certain zones or even free shipping with no minimum ordering quantity!

International Shipping

Shipping Charges & Partners

Shipping charges for international customers are auto-calculated at checkout based on the order value and package dimensions. We use multiple carriers for International shipments.

Transit Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 15–20 working days from the date of purchase. If customization is requested, please allow an additional 4–5 working days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–8 working days, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Customs, VAT & Import Duties

  • VAT is applicable for all shipments to the EU (as per regulations from 1st July 2021).
  • All customs duties, VAT, and import charges must be borne by the customer.
  • These duties must be paid within 2 days of the shipment’s arrival in your country. You will be notified of the same by the shipping partner.
  • Failure to pay duties may result in the product being abandoned or destroyed by customs, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Shipping Address & Modifications

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • To request an address modification, contact us at info@sarmisthacreations.com or +91 6289211924 within 1 day of placing your order. If your shipment has been manifested/handed over to our shipping partner by then, no further changes will be entertained.
